Introduction

Fitness is an integral part of your wellness journey.  Unlike other programs which concentrate on either fitness or nutrition, our prescription is that you want, and even need, to concentrate on both.  The diet and nutrition part of the program will help you with decreasing your insulin resistance, maintaining metabolic rate by taking in a normal ( not restricted ) calorie count; while the physical fitness part of the prescription emphasizes increasing your metabolism while normalizing your bodies hormone balance.

Med-Health 360 has partnered with area gyms and fitness trainers that will cater specifically to our medical philosophies.  Our main goal is not necessarily weight loss; our goals are rather to increase your metabolism, increase your energy level, naturally normalize many of your bodies feedback hormones such as insulin and cortisol. By doing this there can be an increase the release of endorphins that give you a natural improvement in your mood. This is just one of the ways we integrate your body and mind into your wellness plan.
