Our fitness programs are designed to compliment our weight loss programs.  Programs are centered around circuit and interval exercises and yoga as they have been shown to optimally increase your metabolism while keeping your limber into advancing age.  We have contracted local and intimate gyms with classes specifically created for our program and for you.
